Garden Wonders

Blackstone, MA

In 2022, we had our first partnership with Garden Wonders in Blackstone, MA. We are extremely grateful to have worked with them last year because their fundraising and donations to us were the reason we could have our first successful garden. They will always hold a special place in our journey.

We would personally like to thank Stephen the manager here for being so supportive and eager to help us. We look forward to working with Garden Wonders again in the coming years to support not only this garden, but future ones too.

Black Earth Compost

MA, NH, RI

"Black Earth Compost was founded in January 2011, in Gloucester, MA. Originally a one man, one truck, Cape Ann company, it has steadily grown to become the leading full service compost company in New England. With over 35 trucks, we are dedicated to collecting food scraps from residents, schools, supermarkets, colleges, and more, all across eastern MA and RI. We are also the only vertically integrated company that composts the material too, returning it to customers and selling it in garden centers across Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. Whatever your organic waste collection or garden soil needs, we are your one stop shop".

Conor (Black Earth Compost's CEO) has generously decided to donate compost this year for our community garden! Thank you so much!

Walmart

Peabody, MA

We received a grant from Walmart in Peabody, MA to help us with the function of our garden in 2024. We will be using this grant toward better fencing.

Thank you to the team at Walmart for helping us keep our produce safe, protected, and feeding more humans than animals! (:

Stop & Shop

Danvers, MA

Stop & Shop on Newbury Street has been generous enough to select Be Fed Foundation as the receiving nonprofit this year for their Bloomin' 4 Good Program that launched in 2021. The program seeks to support hunger alleviating initiatives within the local community.

This year  for every Bloomin' bouquet that a customer purchases, Be Fed Foundation will receive a donation of $1. All the donations we collect will go towards our garden operations.

North Shore Bank

Peabody, MA

North Shore Bank offers "Jeans Day" on every Friday for employees to wear jeans in return for a $5 donation given to a nonprofit in need at the end of the month. Be Fed has been lucky to have been supported in the month of September and October through all the NSB employees that participated in jeans day.

Thank you Chris for everything! This put us in a position to run smoothly this garden season and be able to buy our own tiller/cultivator!
